The Jetty Commuter vehicle provides maintenance access to the jetty belt conveyor, for the Teibaghi ship loading Facilities. The vehicle is a self-propelled diesel powered hydraulic machine.

The grillage lifting cranes are a pair of purpose built fixed jib cranes which are bolted to the existing bridge deck. The cranes cantilever approximately 6.4 metres out from the end of the partially erected bridge deck.

The Device comprises four purposely designed attachments for use in conjunction with an ingot carrying road train which hauls aluminium ingots from Boyne Smelter to the nearby wharf.
